Foundation Chartered Manager is a professional status for aspiring or early career managers; recognising your existing skills and knowledge and putting you on the first step towards full Chartered Manager status.

Topping up to a Professional Qualification

The Foundation Chartered Manager courses have been designed to be flexible and minimise any disruption to work/life balance. However, it is recognised that some learners may want to do more, which is why all courses are aligned to the Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership. So, if after completing the three-month training programme, you choose to progress to the Level 5 Operational Manager Apprenticeshop (OMA) or even the Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeshop (CMDA), you will find that the work you have completed will support you in evidencing some of the standards.
